Our mission is to create and deliver comprehensive services and products to our clients by providing a wide range of product selections, from laptops to tablets, and from desktops to servers. All Dell Optiplex desktops, Latitude 7000 series and Precision 7000 series (excluding 2-in-1 and rugged unless otherwise noted) come with 3 year Dell warranty. Most of our other Dell computers also carry warranty directly from Dell. All of our Thinkpad, HP, Lenovo, and other brand computers carry a minimum of 90-day warranty. Please feel free to inquire.

Shipping:

• To ensure safe delivery of the product, we require signature for all high valued items at the time of delivery.
• To comply with Amazon's policy, order will only be shipped to the address on the transaction.
• A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Orders confirmed on Weekends and on Friday after 2 pm EST will be shipped on Monday.

Our return policy:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• New desktop, laptops, or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers and Fires) purchased from us that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is returned in its original condition (no missing box, packing material, accessories, etc.)
• We may impose a restocking fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price depending on the condition of the return and costs associated with the original purchase.
• Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee.
